ROAD TRIPS | If you are around us for long, you will learn that we do not sit still! We like to always have our next adventure (or two) in the works. Whether its just a lunch, a day trip, or a weekend get-a-way, fun is definitely on the itinerary. Please contact either Linda Jun or Debbie Ellebracht via the Parish Office for details and to RSVP.

- Return to St. Ambrose at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, September, 26, 2026, “Come From Away” Musical, Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. Meet at noon at St. Ambrose parking lot. Transportation by Vandalia Bus Line. Following performance dinner at Bakers and Hale Restaurant, Godfrey, IL. $149 per person.
$50 non refundable deposit with balance due by August 20. Spaces are available for this event.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026…Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Route 66…8:00 am arrival at the St. Ambrose Community center for a continental breakfast. Mother Jones visits us for a detailed discussion of our visit to the Monument in Union Miners Cemetery. Then a round trip Motor-coach transportation with Vandalia Bus Lines. Lunch at Ariston Cafe in Litchfield. Our own Vicki Lehman will enlightened us with a visit to her hometown as we travel along Route 66. Many other interesting stops along the way and maybe a few surprises. A wait list for this tour.
CHICAGO TRIP…December 8-11, 2026. $500 non-refundable deposit
deadline August 15, 2026.
Final payment due October 31, 2026 and is non-refundable after this date. Waitlist for this trip.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2026, Christmas Concert at POWELL SYMPHONY HALL, plus lunch following the morning concert. Cost…TBD. Two buses will be available for this event!
