Bruce Charles Egelhoff, 71, passed away peacefully at home on April 24, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones after a long struggle with Interstitial Fibrosis. Bruce is survived by his beloved partner of 34 years, John Meehan; his two sons, his cherished grandchildren, his brother and sister-in-law, and many extended family members and dear friends.
A prayer service was held on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Elias, Kallal, and Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey, IL. officiated by Fr. Janoski.

RICHARD L. WICKENHAUSER
Rich passed away peacefully among family on April 21, 2026 at the age of 100. Rich is survived by his five children, his brother Jim (Linda) Wickenhauser, and 17 grandchildren.
A Mass of Celebration was be held on April 30, 2026 at 10:00 am at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, Godfrey, IL. Memorials can be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church or the charity of one’s choice in lieu of flowers.
CHARLES E. "CHUCK" CORBIN
Charles E. “Chuck” Corbin, 62, of Alton, Illinois, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. He was the son of parishioners Nancy J. (Zimmer) Corbin of Alton and the late Paul E. Corbin.
A celebration of Chuck’s life will be held at Pitchford Funeral Home, 2555 Vaughn Road in Wood River, on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., with Father Stephen Janoski officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.

Larry Niel Moehn, age 87, passed away on March 30, 2026.

Timothy "Timmy" J. Fowler, 64, passed on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia, Illinois.

Judy Kay Thompson, 76, passed away at 11:46 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at her home.
For friends, past students and others who knew her, join the family on Friday, April 10, 2026, for a Prayer Vigil at 3:45 p.m. followed by a visitation until 7:00 p.m. at Gent Funeral Home in Alton.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey. Father Steve Janoski will officiate. Burial will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Joan Marie Sonderen passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Delmar Gardens West in Town and Country at the age of 85.
Mass was held on March 27, 2026 at 11 a.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey, IL. She was laid to rest at St. Michael Church Cemetery in Beltrees, Illinois.
