Dear Friends of St. Ambrose Parish,

Each fall, our Parish comes alive for one weekend as families, friends, and neighbors from St. Ambrose and the surrounding communities gather for food, music, games, and fellowship. Applefest returns this year on Friday and Saturday, September 18th and 19th, 2026, and it remains the largest fundraiser our parish holds all year. Every dollar raised helps maintain and protect our campus, keeping both our Church and our School safe, welcoming, and ready for the next generation. When you give, you're investing directly in the place where our community worships, learns, and grows.

There are several ways to help. You might donate a completed basket for our basket raffle, an item for our silent auction, or an item to be used in our basket raffle. Some of these items might include: gift certificates to local restaurants and shops, tickets to sporting events or concerts, gift cards, vacation home stays, and services from your business. Basket and auction donations are requested by Wednesday, September 9th, 2026. A monetary gift of any size is just as welcome and goes straight to supporting the event.

You can also become a sponsor. Sponsorships start at just $100 and range up to $5,000, and they put your family or business name in front of the hundreds of guests who attend - on event banners, the main stage, our website, and the official Applefest t-shirt worn all weekend long. For a local business, it's genuine exposure to the community; for a family, it's a visible way to support a place you love. To guarantee your name or logo on the t-shirt, sponsorships must be submitted by Friday, August 14th, 2026. See the next page for all sponsorship levels and benefits.
